This Privacy Policy explains how ADRIAVENT d.o.o. ("Adriavent", "we", "us") processes personal data of visitors to adriavent.com in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR.

2. Data we collect

3. Purpose & legal basis
- Responding to enquiries — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
- Website operation and security — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
- Analytics and marketing cookies — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
4. Retention
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. Server logs up to 12 months. Cookie preferences for up to 12 months.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP — azop.hr).
6. Third parties
We may share data with hosting and email providers acting as processors under written agreements. We do not sell personal data.
